Our Christmas tree felt like it was missing something—something more us than just the usual ornaments. So, we dreamed up a fun idea: tiny gingerbread-like characters, each one representing a member of our family. They added a playful, personal touch to our tree, making it feel even more special. And the best part? They've become a sweet little gift tradition. Instead of scribbling names in marker, these keepsakes make every present feel extra thoughtful and unique—just like the people we’re giving them to.

Process:
- Wanting a personalised gift for our family, Nicole designed a caricature gingerbread man for everyone.
- With the design done, we were able to etch the designs into MDF and cut them out with our Ortur Laser
- As they are Christmas ornaments, they needed a way to be hung from a tree, so we tied some burgundy ribbon through the eyelets.

Now, when we put up our tree in September (yes, September), it looks even more fun and full of personality. Plus, everyone can reuse their gift year after year, making it a special part of their own holiday traditions.
